Emergency Access Intensive Housing Manager
Salary: £ 24,368 + 15% enhancement for shift work (£28,023.20)
Status: substantive post
Hours: Approx. 42 hours per week on a rolling rota (working 12.5 hr shifts from approx. 7:00pm until 07:30am)
Holidays: 20 Days plus Bank Holidays (or a day in lieu for bank holidays worked)
Based at: Sites across Wigan and Leigh
Do you want to enhance the lives of vulnerable individuals and families and help to encourage positive outcomes in their lives? The Brick, part of QHAP, QHAP are looking forward to a new challenge in the form of providing overnight accommodation for those individuals in Wigan and Leigh transitioning through homelessness. Working in partnership with the local authority, The Brick are an instrumental partner in the development of an authority backed homelessness partnership that will lead the direction and focus to tackle homelessness across the Borough.
The Brick are looking to recruit an Emergency Access Intensive Housing Managers to lead and develop a 24/7 hub that provides emergency accommodation to those most in need. Shifts are required to be a waking night from approx. 7.30pm until 7.30am on a rolling rota basis at sites across Wigan and Leigh.
