Summary
The Brick charity is supported by local churches across Wigan and Leigh to address poverty and in particular to work with people transitioning from homelessness.  We work 24/7 on over 10 sites with 50 staff and more than 150 volunteers.
We want to appoint a team builder who can develop chaplaincy throughout the charity.  You will be a person with emotional maturity, resilience and wisdom who can develop a listening culture that enables people to reflect, grow and change.
The charity is developing rapidly, and we need a chaplain that can provide an underpinning engagement with faith and spirituality that builds the capacity of the organisation to deliver effective work.
