Executive Assistant to the Senior Management Team

Salary: £22,178  , plus other benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days) including evenings and weekends on a rota basis to support staffing levels at our Emergency Accommodation Provisions
Contract Length: Permanent
Holidays: 22 Days plus Bank Holidays
Base: Will be expected to work across all Brick locations across the Wigan and Leigh Borough.
Responsible to: CEO, Finance Director, Operations Director
Accountable to: Queen’s Hall Action on Poverty Trustees

Job Purpose
The Exec Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Senior Management Team to be highly organised and professional leaders.  The Exec Assistant is an essential member of the leadership team in ensuring that an excellent service is provided both internally and externally to a wide range of stakeholders.  To succeed in the role, you’ll be discreet, bright, enthusiastic, and passionate – as well as a dab hand at juggling all kinds of different responsibilities, from managing diaries to creating and maintaining presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
As an Exec Assistant you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, whether you’re writing an email or chatting face-to-face. You’ll also need to have some previous experience of admin work in a bustling and busy office environment, and the ability to pay close attention to detail even when the work’s piling up.
And, of course, you’ll need to know your way around a Word document or an Excel spreadsheet, and to have working experience with databases.
