Role Title: Part Time Activity & Training Co-ordinator
Responsible to: The Training & Business Manager
Accountable to : Queen’s Hall Action on Poverty Trustees
Hours of Work: 18 Hours per week (over 3 days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 4:30pm – 10.30pm, however this may be changed to suit the ever changing needs of the charity) which may include some weekends on a rota basis to support staffing levels at our Emergency Accommodation Provisions
Contract Length: Fixed Term until 31st March 2022, though funding will be sought to extend the post
Location: Will be expected to work across all Wigan and Leigh sites deemed appropriate by management.
Holidays: 22 Days plus Bank Holidays pro rata for Part Time

To provide practical, holistic support to service users and outsourced trainers who provide paid and unpaid training, group activity sessions to clients engaged in our services. You will ensure a programme of activities and events are available to the people that we work within the organisation as a whole and any accommodation project which falls within it.
You will be required to engage with businesses and other organisations to ensure there is a variety of meaningful activities and work focused training and group sessions available to service users.
You will work closely with your Manager and The Duty Manager to ensure that individuals accessing services are provided with a person-centred plan and that if required alternative sessions will be procured to meet all the identified needs of the individuals.
