The Homeless Project

The Bricklayers Arms in the town centre of Wigan (affectionately known as the Brick) opened in July 2008 as the culmination of a long project by the Queens Hall Methodist Mission, to provide homeless and disadvantaged people with a dedicated place where they could recover. The service does not provide accommodation but has a day centre which welcomes anyone who needs help with homelessness issues. Many are suffering from addictions and they enjoy the love and help that we provide. The project is transitional and we are constantly looking at new ways to help people.

We hope you enjoy our website - we try to keep it as up to date as possible, with what's happening plus our newsletters and articles.
