We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer to assist our fast paced back office Team

Do you have a passion for Customer Service and enjoy working in a busy environment where no two days are the same ?

We are looking for a Volunteer who can ;

  • Prioritise and process customer requests submitted by telephone, email and live chat.
  • Learn how to use The Brick systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
  • Liaise with customers, staff, volunteers and businesses to schedule furniture collections and deliveries.
  • Be able to manage workload effectively

Full Training will be provided.

The volunteer role is ideally suited for someone with customer service experience and good IT Skills who is looking to enhance their CV with a local charity.

Hours: Monday and Thursday Initially for Training , then TBA , flexible to suit
Location: Wigan Town Centre.
Travel Expenses will be reimbursed.
