Job Purpose: JOB PURPOSE The Brick is a charity with big aspirations and its local community at the heart of everything it does. The key role will be to support The Brick and individuals we support in our accommodation. You will be part of a team supporting individuals in emergency and supported accommodation. Your role will be to support the individuals with their immediate needs and to secure a move on to appropriate medium- and long-term stable accommodation. Please note that this is a lone working post in a small provision with 5 residents aged 18+. To line manage the Independent Living Mentor team, ensuring that a consistent high level of service is provided. To ensure that bespoke support is provided to vulnerable individuals and families across the borough and that accurate advice and information is provided to allow individuals to secure and maintain permanent accommodation. To ensure that people have access to relevant services, training and advocacy in order to remove barriers to independent living. To ensure that individuals are appropriately safeguarded and that all recording is completed to a high standard. The ILM Team Lead will also be responsible for carrying a caseload
